RAGHAV RAM RISING STAR AWARD

The $5,000 Raghav Ram Rising Star Award is granted to a USTA/Midwest junior male player who is competing (1) amateurs in Boy’s 16, and/or 18 age divisions at the National level, (2) the collegiate level, (3) the ITF level, and/or (4) the professional level. Players must also demonstrate recent progression in ranking or standing positions.

As Rajeev’s father, Raghav played an important role in the life of his son. This award honors Raghav and all that he contributed to the Indiana tennis community.

The annual application deadline is May 1, 2026.

RAJEEV RAMFOUNDATION GRANT

Recipients of this grant will receive up to $1,500. This award is granted annually to one boy and one girl residing in Indiana. This year’s eligible recipients are entering eighth grade in the Fall of 2025, competing in USTA and USTA/Midwest Section tournaments, displaying tennis improvement, and in need of financial assistance.

This grant pays for tournament and player development expenses, which may include airfare, lodging, entry fees, meals, and coaching. Qualified recipients must complete a grant application, which needs to include a budget for exact use and a recommendation letter from a teacher or coach.

The application deadline is August 31, 2026.

TENNIS TEAM SCHOOL GRANTS

Indiana (K-12) schools and tennis teams "who lack the resources they need to compete" are invited to apply for grants to support and enhance their respective teams.

From equipment to uniforms to other tennis-related items, teams can email their requests to Rajeevramfoundation@gmail.com.
